For all products offered, the warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase, unless a longer warranty period is expressly stated. Products will be replaced or repaired free of charge, provided that the defect is reported by the customer within 14 working days after receipt of the goods. If a product is beyond repair or replacement, an equivalent replacement product will be exchanged or a credit note issued to the customer. The guarantee expires if changes or repairs are made to the goods without the written consent of BAWI-TEX AG. As far as the legal regulations allow, the liability for damages is excluded. In particular, BAWI-TEX AG is not liable for damages that are due to improper use or natural wear and tear or for damages that did not occur on the delivery item itself (consequential damages).

Electrical components (motorized slatted frame) have only 2 years of full warranty.
